We formed "The Daniel Team" to better serve our clients needs. Our Mission Statement is "To help buyers and sellers of real estate realize their hopes and dreams through an extraordinary experience of service that far exceeds industry standards." "The Daniel Team" serves all of San Diego County, specializing in North County, coastal and estate properties.  All our clients are considered special and will be handled with the utmost care and professionalism, placing your needs first. 

It is our job to either find that perfect home for you and your family, or to help you sell your current home quickly, smoothly and at market value or above. To accomplish those goals we need to first understand your dreams and goals. Next we need to develop the right marketing plan if you are selling your home, or define the perfect home if you seek your dream home.

For Sellers, we will design the perfect marketing strategy to meet your financial and schedule goals. We will then implement the plan for the successful completion of the sale of your home. Once the home is in contract, we and our extended support associates will work hard to keep the escrow on track and running smoothly. After Escrow closes we will be there for any further questions or assistance you may have.

For Buyers, we will meet and discuss your vision of the perfect dream home for you that meets your budget. Once we know what you are looking for we then discuss the ‘where’ aspect of the search. Once we are all in agreement on Features, Price and Location, the hunt begins! We will be there to guide you through the possibilities until we find the perfect home. Once in escrow, we will fight for you to make sure the escrow goes smoothly and cost effectively as practical until the day we hand you the keys to your new dream home.

EXPERIENCE: I have been a Realtor since 1979. I am a former U.S. Marine Corps Captain, serving honorably for eleven years. I opened the first video rental store in Oceanside in 1981, growing to 3 stores by 1989. I've been back in Real Estate full time since 1994. AJ Maloney

Born & raised in Oceanside, California, AJ is a proud representative of North County San Diego. Having grown up in close proximity to the real estate industry watching her father represent buyers and sellers with professionalism and excellence, AJ earned her CA Real Estate Salesperson license in 2018 while a student at UCLA. After graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2020, AJ dove head-first into her family real estate business, and strives to help her clients reach their real estate goals. AJ earned her CA Broker license in October of 2022.

As a Certified First Time Buyer Specialist and an Accredited Buyer's Representative, AJ has a strong passion for helping first-time home buyers make their dreams of home ownership a reality. Using her own personal experience as a first-time home-buyer in 2022, AJ acutely understands the needs of buyers in today's market.
